Join us for the ongoing discussion of Practical Kabbalah and how to use the "Technology of the Tree" to inform and direct our day-to-day lives.

Tonight the first to share asked about how to be in relation with another when they were working from a different part of the Tree than you are. This brought up a very lively discussion of the concept of others providing "mirroring" for us and the necessity of being in a place of willingness and intentioin to learn from the mirroring. We discussed how we can view the image in the mirror from different places of consciousness and how if we see this psychological mirror from Yesod, our ego, we may see the image as distorting the Truth. We used the analogy of the messages on mirrors on cars that say, "Caution, images in mirror are closer than they seem." It was suggested that the message on these psychological mirrors might read, "Caution, images best viewed when one is at Tiferet."

Another member shared how she has to remain conscious of the Tree and the need for her to stay at Tiferet as much as possible as the demands of her job are pulling and stretching her. She described it as feeling the weight of the department on her shoulders. Megan had just reminded us of "awakening" the Tree on our bodies when we go through the Invocation, so we were all quick to notice how she was describing the psychological weight of the issues at work weighing down her Soul Triad.

If was a very fruitful discussion. Please join us as you are able in the coming weeks as we continue to discuss Practical Kabbalah. Megan and Ruth will be in Washington, DC next week, at a Kabbalah conference, so Jim will take the group.

We also invite you to remember your fellow Kabbalists every day at 12 noon, where ever you you may be.

Join us for the ongoing discussion of Practical Kabbalah and how to use the Tree of Life to inform and direct our day-to-day lives.

Tonight we continued discussing the "techology of the Tree". Megan asked "Why should we know the Technology of the Tree?" It was agreed that to know the tree is to have a useful tool for staying on track and for bringing ourselves back on track when we find ourselves wandering from our true path. One member talked about how a teacher he had learned from years ago taught how all of life is a mirror for us as we invite what comes our way by our thoughts and attitudes. We talked about how it is necessary to be at Tiferet, our Truth, in order to be open to this type of mirroring to learn the lessons that we have invited to ourselves.

Anothe member talked about how she had been experiencing an "enmeshment" of her personal Tree with others and how hard it has been, and important, to disentangle her Tree from the others. We followed this line of thinking to discuss Family Systems and how one person changing their "role" in a family system will change the system and require others to shift to compensate for the change. When we do this consciously, hopefully, we can raise the consciousness of those around us, depending on their openness to the change.

It was also brought up how important, from the perspective of Jacob's Ladder, that we maintain a healthy physical body, Assiatic Tree, to provide a stable vessel for our upper three Trees to thrive and flourish. If we neglect our physical body, we are not helping our psychological, spiritual and divine bodies.

Practical Kabbalah remains our theme. Join us next week with your own examples of how you apply the practical lessons of the Tree in your life.

We also invite you to remember your fellow Kabbalists every day at 12 noon, where ever you are.

Join us this week for the ongoing discussion of Practical Kabbalah and how to make the Tree of Life accessable in our day-to-day lives.

Tonight Megan lead us on a journey through guided meditation. She brought us to our inner place of safety and sanctuary where we grounded ourselves (Malkhut), put on a costume (Yesod), met a supporting group of Drummers (Feeling Triad), Warriors (Gevurah) and Healers (Healers), along with our animal nature (Animal/Awakening Triad) and were blessed with gifts from the Great Grandmother (Binah) and the Great Grandfather (Hochmah) who drew a sacred circle around us (our Tiferet). From this sacred place we were taken on a journey to our futures; 1, 5 and 10 years out, being guided by our Animal Spirits. Everyone was blessed with clarity in their meditations and great insight was given throughout.

We continue to have "Practical Kabbalah" as our theme. Join us next week with examples of how you used the Tree to shed light on your path in practical ways as you walked your Path this week.

We invite you to remember your fellow Kabbalists every day at 12 noon.
